What is the cost of delivery?

Normal delivery around Singapore is S$15. Delivery is free for orders above S$80. We do not deliver to other islands such as Pulau Ubin, Sentosa and Jurong Island.

When do I have to place an order for next day delivery?

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance (except for Baby Full Month orders). Please send an email to order@daududee.com or WhatsApp 8892 3599 for urgent orders. Our delivery timing is from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders that need to be delivered within a certain time frame will be subjected to a delivery surcharge of $20.

Can I self-collect my orders?

Self collection is not available at the moment.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Cancellation is not allowed once payment has been completed. Please check all billing and delivery addresses. We will not be liable for any wrong deliveries.

To amend an order, please inform us 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Can I request for re-delivery as no one is at home?

For requests to re-deliver due to unsuccessful deliveries or change of address, a re-delivery fee of S$15 per location is payable before redelivery.

How long can our bakes last?

Please store and consume our bakes as stated on our website and packaging. We will not be liable for products stored under inappropriate conditions or kept beyond the recommended shelf life. 

Our tarts are best consumed on the day of delivery. Please keep our tarts refrigerated and do not leave them out for more than 1.5 hours.

Cookies must be stored in a cool dry environment and are best consumed within a week.

What allergies and dietary requirements do I need to take note of?

Our products contain eggs, diary and may contain traces of nuts, gluten and other allergens.

Are our bakes halal certified?

No, we are not halal certified but our products do not contain pork and lard.
